| Croatian Telecom dd Sarajevo company was established by separating the Croatian Post and Telecommunications into Croatian Post (HP) and Croatian Telecom (HT). From 1 January 2003 begins work independently Croatian Telecommunications Ltd. Mostar (HT Mostar) which become one of the three national operators in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Companies Assembly adopted on April 1 2009. The decision on re-registration of companies of limited liability company into a stock company. Pre-registration is performed 8 June 2009 and stocks Companies listed on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange. |
